Worrying about sharing the room with a bunch of strangers? We got your back.

Not only have we optimised the privacy to its maximum level by “hooding” each bunk bed with perimeter curtains, private lamp, bedside table, power socket and provide a locker for your valuable items, but we have also applied the “Silence Rule” from midnight to 6am to ensure resting is respected. After 10am however, we like to paint the house in chill uprising music; and from time to time host music festivals that give you the chills. Additionally, we’ve found the village vibes and sounds adding to our quality of sleep; especially Thanasis the donkey and the neighbouring chicken squad. They surely love to sing to you what time it is if you fall asleep in the hammock under the stars; unfortunately their voice can’t make it through the stone walls. But if your roomates’ makes it to your sleepy ears, we got some emergency ear-plugs in the reception. -You’re welcome!

The Youth of Dope Hostel & HQ can be easily found near Chania Airport in Kalorouma Village, or as we like to call it, the YOD Village.
